POWER Track Overview

The complexities of modern society create unique stressors for professionals that can lead to dysfunctional behavior and disruption in the workplace that interferes with the health and mission of both the professional and the organization.

The P.O.W.E.R. track at the Florida Recovery Center is specifically designed for physicians, executives, professionals and other business leaders who exhibit negative stress reaction, communication problems, dysfunctional interpersonal relationships or behaviors leading to a disruptive work environment.

Our goal is to help professionals develop more effective coping through a brief, intensive, holistic program that utilizes didactics, therapy, anger management treatment and experiential learning.

The P.O.W.E.R. track is not simply a remedy for disruptive behavior, but rather a transformational experience that will enhance the quality of life for the participants, their families, coworkers and their organization.
