Evaluations
Addiction
We offer evaluations for patients at all of our locations including FRC in Gainesville, Tampa and Orlando. Patients can be referred by physician or are welcome to call and schedule an appointment. During an initial evaluation, an addiction medicine physician will determine the appropriate treatment plan and level of care necessary for the best outcome.
Depending on the patient’s unique circumstances and diagnosis, various types of assments or screenings will need to be completed by our treatment team. One type of evaluation offered is the four-day intensive evaluation.
Four-Day Evaluation
- DSM IV TR psychiatric assessment
- ASAM dimensional assessment and comprehensive toxicology
- Full psychological and psychosocial interviews, testing and assessments
- Medication review
- Expert collection of relative data (family, physicians, legal, work, records)
- Intensive, physician-led group therapy components
- Sexual, food and gambling assessment by specialists
- Full neuropsychological testing as indicated
- Family evaluations
